Job summary

Sagility Limited is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager in Bangalore to lead campus and on-campus hiring for multiple verticals. You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, drive strategic hiring plans, and manage a team of entry-level recruiters to meet SLA targets.

Education: MBA or equivalent; 7–10 years in recruitment with at least 2 years in team management. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality candidates and ensure a compliant, candidate-friendly hiring process.

Responsibilities

He/she will also be responsible for overall hiring for two or more HC verticals and will lead the team of Entry Level recruiters. Job Description

Education: Masters in Business Administration or related field or equivalent required. Experience: 7-10 Years in recruitment with minimum 2 years in a team management role.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing the execution of end to end recruitment process of staffing for volume hiring
• Should be able to plan and execute hiring plan for business accounts
• Ensuring smooth functioning of the recruitment process while maintaining compliance to procedures and policy guidelines
• Executing the hiring numbers within the defined SLA /TAT
• Managing internal stakeholders and ensuring that business meets their hiring numbers
• Be a strategic partner to the business by providing market intelligence & key analysis on a regular basis
• Utilizing all the available resources to their maximum potential to ensure that hiring targets are achieved at an optimal cost.
• Should effectively manage the team, ensure they are motivated and guide them to achieve desired results
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
• Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes ( interviews, screening calls etc.)
• Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
• Assist in employee retention and development
• Organize and/or attend career fairs, Campus Recruitment, assessment centers or other events
• Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

Skills

• Proven ability to take initiative and look beyond current role openings and identify strong industry talent
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different role
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Good Analytical Skills
• Excellent in MS Office
