Qualifikationen

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for across departments (academic, sales, operations, finance, corporate).
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Understand hiring requirements in coordination with hiring managers.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, coordinate interview rounds.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, feedback, and offer rollouts.
• Negotiate compensation, manage offers, and follow up until joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and a talent pipeline.
• Identify hiring challenges and implement efficiency improvements.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, portals, and partners.
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for academic, sales, operations, finance, and corporate roles.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interview rounds.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, feedback collection, and offer rollouts.
• Negotiate compensation, manage offer acceptance, and follow up with candidates until joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and a talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Identify hiring challenges and implement strategies to improve recruitment efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, job portals, and recruitment partners.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding, campus recruitment, and talent pool development initiatives.
• Ensure recruitment documentation and processes comply with organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition.
• Experience handling multiple vacancies and stakeholder requirements simultaneously.
• Experience in education, EdTech, professional training, or other fast-paced industries is preferred.
