Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent with 8–12 years Talent Acquisition/HRBP experience.
• Proven ability to lead structured interview panels and calibrate processes across teams.
• Strong data-driven decision making and use of dashboards for real-time insights.

Responsibilities

• Anchor manpower planning discussions with business leaders and finalize hiring demand.
• Validate requisitions (role clarity, budgeting, justification) before releasing to GCC.
• Prioritize critical positions based on business impact and project timelines.
• Partner with Plant Heads, BU Heads, and Functional Leaders for hiring alignment.
• Drive structured interview panels and ensure timely feedback from business.
• Track hiring metrics using ATS/HRMS dashboards and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure SOPs, audits, and documentation are maintained for compliance.

Workforce Planning & Demand Governance

• Anchor manpower planning discussions with business leaders and finalize hiring demand
• Validate requisitions (role clarity, budgeting, justification) before releasing to GCC
• Prioritize critical positions based on business impact and project timelines
• Ensure alignment of hiring plans with business expansion (Cell, Module, WTG)

Stakeholder Management & Business Partnering

• Partner with Plant Heads, BU Heads, and Functional Leaders for hiring alignment
• Manage stakeholder expectations on timelines, market realities, and candidate availability
• Drive structured interview panels and ensure timely feedback from business
• Act as escalation point for delayed closures or critical hiring gaps

Hiring Quality & Assessment Governance

• Ensure quality of shortlisted candidates through defined evaluation criteria
• Standardize interview frameworks for technical and leadership roles
• Drive calibration across interview panels to ensure consistency
• Monitor offer-to-join ratios and candidate experience

Data, Reporting & Analytics

• Track and review key hiring metrics: Time to Fill
• Aging of positions
• Offer Acceptance Ratio
• Source effectiveness
• Use system dashboards (ATS / HRMS) for real-time tracking and decision-making
• Provide business-level insights and actionable recommendations

Process Compliance & Audit Governance

• Ensure all hiring follows defined SOPs and audit requirements
• Validate documentation, approvals, and system updates
• Drive standardization in JDs, evaluation sheets, and offer processes
• Ensure compliance with rehire, medical, and background verification policies
