Job summary

Adani Solar in Ahmedabad seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition / HRBP to lead workforce planning, governance, and hiring quality. You will partner with Plant Heads, BU Heads and functional leaders to finalize hiring demand and ensure budgeted requisitions are ready for GCC.

You will drive structured interview panels, monitor time-to-fill and offer acceptance ratios, and ensure SOP compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR required.
• 8–12 years in Talent Acquisition or HRBP.
• Experience in hiring governance and stakeholder management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Anchor manpower planning discussions with business leaders and finalize hiring demand.
• Validate requisitions before releasing to GCC.
• Drive structured interview panels and ensure timely feedback from business.
• Track hiring metrics: Time to Fill, Aging of positions, Offer Acceptance Ratio, Source effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and audit requirements; validate documentation and approvals.
• Use ATS/HRMS dashboards for real-time tracking and decision-making.

• Workforce Planning & Demand Governance
• Anchor manpower planning discussions with business leaders and finalize hiring demand
• Validate requisitions (role clarity, budgeting, justification) before releasing to GCC
• Prioritize critical positions based on business impact and project timelines
• Ensure alignment of hiring plans with business expansion (Cell, Module, WTG)
• Partner with Plant Heads, BU Heads, and Functional Leaders for hiring alignment
• Manage stakeholder expectations on timelines, market realities, and candidate availability
• Drive structured interview panels and ensure timely feedback from business
• Act as escalation point for delayed closures or critical hiring gaps
• Ensure quality of shortlisted candidates through defined evaluation criteria
• Standardize interview frameworks for technical and leadership roles
• Drive calibration across interview panels to ensure consistency
• Monitor offer-to-join ratios and candidate experience
• Track and review key hiring metrics:

• Use system dashboards (ATS / HRMS) for real-time tracking and decision-making
• Provide business-level insights and actionable recommendations

• Drive standardization in JDs, evaluation sheets, and offer processes
• Ensure compliance with rehire, medical, and background verification policies
