Job summary

Rupeek Fintech Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join the central HR team and gain end-to-end exposure to fintech recruitment. You will source top talent, coordinate hiring pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

The role offers mentorship from senior TA leaders, hands-on recruitment experience, and a path to full-time opportunities through PPO, with a competitive stipend and exposure to a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (2025/2026 graduates preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with strong interpersonal presence.
• High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage calendars in a high-velocity environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace; exposure to job portals or ATS platforms is a plus.
• Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn, with ownership of operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: source candidate profiles across multiple channels and screen for fit.
• End-to-End Interview Coordination: schedule and manage interview workflows and track progression in real-time.
• ATS & Analytics: maintain candidate data and assist in weekly reports & dashboards.
• Candidate Experience & Relationship Management: be the main contact for applicants and ensure a smooth journey from first contact to offer.
• Campus Recruitment & Employer Branding: assist campus drives, university engagement and employer branding initiatives.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented, and proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to join our central HR team. In this role, you will work directly alongside senior talent acquisition leaders and gain end-to-end exposure to fast-paced fintech recruitment. You will play a vital role in sourcing top-tier talent, coordinating the hiring pipeline, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
  • Actively source candidate profiles across multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, campus networks, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial profile screenings to align candidate skills, experience, and aspirations with open position criteria.
• End-to-End Interview Coordination:
  • Schedule and manage complex interview workflows between candidates and internal hiring managers across technical and business functions.
  • Track candidate progression in real-time, preventing bottlenecks in the hiring funnel.
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & Analytics:
  • Maintain clean, accurate candidate data and interview feedback within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Assist in preparing weekly talent acquisition reports, metric dashboards, and pipeline summaries for stakeholders.
• Candidate Experience & Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for applicants throughout their interview process, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
  • Deliver a seamless, supportive candidate journey from initial contact to offer delivery.
• Campus Recruitment & Employer Branding:
  • Assist with campus drive planning, university engagement, and virtual hiring events.
  • Help execute employer branding initiatives across social platforms to showcase Rupeeks work culture.

Requirements & Qualifications
