Lokal is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern for an onsite 6-month internship in Bangalore. Responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers for a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports with accuracy.
• Assist in posting job openings across platforms and monitor pipelines.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hires.
• Support employer branding, campus hiring activities, and recruitment events.
• Communicate interview status, feedback, and onboarding steps to candidates.

About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring efforts across business and

technology functions. This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle,

including sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, employer branding, and stakeholder

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, hiring trackers, and recruitment reports with accuracy.
• Assist in posting job openings across various recruitment platforms and monitor application pipelines.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring activities, and recruitment events.
• Communicate regularly with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
• Assist with offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination for selected candidates.

Learning & Exposure

• Hands-on experience with the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Exposure to sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
• Understanding of interview coordination, stakeholder management, and candidate experience.
• Practical knowledge of recruitment metrics, hiring analytics, and talent pipeline management.
