Job summary

BrightCHAMPS in Bengaluru invites a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our hiring team. This six-month internship is based in HSR Layout with work from office, six days a week, and a monthly stipend of ₹10,000.

You'll gain hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting end-to-end recruitment across non-tech and business roles. Ideal for recent graduates or final-year students with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in HR.

• Support end-to-end hiring for non-tech and business roles as required.
• Assist with employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
