Job summary

Rentomojo is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

You will assist the TA team across functions, maintain candidate databases, support onboarding and employer branding initiatives, and collaborate with HR on ad-hoc hiring projects while pursuing or having completed a degree in HR or Business Administration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR/BA.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
