Job summary

Max Transtech in Gurugram is seeking a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring for assigned positions, understand requirements, and design sourcing strategies.

You will source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media; screen resumes, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and maintain the candidate database.

This role focuses on building a strong talent pipeline while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database/ATS.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate the joining process.
• Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
