Job summary

Carrerlift in Bengaluru is seeking a bright, motivated student to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Junior Recruiter Intern. You will help source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews as part of a hands-on learning experience.

You’ll develop a pipeline across business areas, ensure thoughtful candidate communications, and gain exposure to recruitment campaigns and data management using MS Office.

About the role:

• Support all phases of hiring, starting with finding candidates and ending with scheduling their interviews.
• Work with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of talent across multiple business areas.
• Ensure candidates receive thoughtful communication and a positive experience at every stage of the hiring journey.

What you'll work on:

• Sourcing qualified applicants through various channels and databases.
• Screening resumes and initial candidate outreach.
• Coordinating interview logistics, including scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Tracking candidate progress through the recruitment funnel and maintaining organized records.
• Supporting recruitment campaigns and special hiring initiatives as needed.

What we're looking for:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
• Genuine enthusiasm for recruitment, talent development, and building high-performing teams.
• Clear written and spoken communication with the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and colleagues.
• Skilled at balancing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines without losing attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in MS Office applications—particularly Excel for data management, PowerPoint for presentations, and Word for documentation.
