Job summary

Titan Company in Bengaluru is seeking a skilled Talent Sourcing Specialist to identify and engage candidates for IT and Non-IT roles. You will build pipelines, screen resumes, and partner with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other portals, perform market mapping and Boolean searches, and maintain ATS records while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Immediate joiners or 15-20 days notice preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in sourcing/recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.
• Proficient in using job portals, social networks, and ATS.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities
