Responsibilities

• Source quality candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups.
• Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates based on job descriptions.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate skills, experience, salary expectations, and availability.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet hiring targets.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels to ensure timely closures.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining and minimize candidate dropouts.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.

The role involves interview coordination, candidate communication, recruitment support, and onboarding coordination. Key Responsibilities

Source quality candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups.

Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates based on job descriptions.

Good communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.

Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.

Knowledge of recruitment metrics and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

1 to 5 years of experience in HR recruitment or Talent Acquisition.

Strong sourcing skills and a target-oriented approach.
