Job summary

Hexaware Technologies in Mumbai (Ghansoli) seeks an Executive/Sr Executive in Talent Acquisition to manage full-cycle recruitment. The role requires 6 months+ BPO hiring experience, excellent English, and residency within Hexaware boundary. General shift, Sunday off, Ghansoli location (WFO).

You will draft postings, source candidates, screen, interview, and coordinate onboarding while maintaining trackers and reporting to department heads.

Qualifications

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and hiring timelines.
• Draft and post job advertisements on various portals and social media.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing.
• Schedule and conduct telephonic and in-person interviews.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular status reports.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across BPO functions.
