Job summary

Jobitus is seeking an onsite HR professional in Mumbai to manage Talent Acquisition and HRBP responsibilities. The role involves liaising with departments to understand hiring needs, and driving the full recruitment cycle in line with policies.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with department and understand the business requirement in terms of hiring.
• Drive end-to-end talent acquisition process through different sources for hires in alignment with organizational policies.
• Take part in the selection journey from initial scrutiny of profiles to final interview.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand targets and design workforce strategies.
• Execute and manage important Employee Lifecycle milestones from onboarding to exit.
• Implement HR processes, frameworks and initiatives to drive performance and productivity.
• Provide HR guidance and policy implementation within the department.
• Improve work relationships and retention, providing periodic performance guidance.

  Talent Acquisition

  Liaise with department and understand thebusiness requirement in terms of hiring
  Drive end-to-end talent acquisition process throughdifferent sources for hires in alignment withorganizational policies.
  Take part in the selection journey from initial scrutinyof profiles to final interview

  HRBP

  • Collaborates with department heads to understand business targets and design workforce strategies that support them
  • Acts as a trusted coach and advisor to managers on team performance, organizational changes, and leadership

  Employee lifecycle management

  Execute and manage important ELC milestone fromOn boarding to Exit for respective employees throughHRMS and off-network HR processesHR Business Partnering

  Implement all HR processes, frameworks andinitiatives for the workforce
  Drive business performance and productivity throughbespoke HR Interventions
  Conduct periodic meetings with department toresolve people challenges & provide HR guidance
  Provide HR policy guidance & implementation in thedepartment

  Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale andincrease productivity and retention
  Provide periodic performance management guidanceto line management

  Any Other Requirement:

  Candidate fromGeneral Insurance industries who have handled recruitment will be givenpreference
  It is an on-site mandate with no WFH facility
