Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 6–15 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong experience in technical and non-technical recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and recruitment targets simultaneously.
• Experience in Engineering, Power, Oil & Gas, EPC, Manufacturing or Infrastructure recruitment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and experience.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and business teams to understand manpower requirements.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Handle salary discussions, offer coordination, documentation and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases and weekly hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Ensure timely closure of critical and bulk hiring requirements.
