The role focuses on sourcing through LinkedIn, portals and referrals, screening for technical fit, coordinating interviews and onboarding, and building strong talent pipelines to support multiple vacancies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT/AEC or technical recruitment experience.
• Experience hiring IT, BIM, Architecture, Civil, Structural, MEP, and Engineering professionals.
• Immediate joiners or short-notice candidates preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn, and job portals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT/AEC or Technical Recruitment.
• Experience hiring IT, BIM, Architecture, Civil, Structural, MEP, and Engineering professionals.
• Strong sourcing, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn, and job portals.
• Experience in IT services, AEC, Engineering, Staffing, or Consulting is preferred.
