We are looking for passionate US Healthcare Recruiters with experience in Permanent (Direct Hire) Healthcare Staffing.

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals for Allied Healthcare Professionals opportunities across the United States.

You will collaborate closely with account managers and clients to fulfill open requirements while maintaining quality, compliance, and turnaround timelines. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for connecting healthcare professionals with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source active and passive healthcare candidates using LinkedIn, Vivian, Indeed, Monster, Ceipal, JobDiva, and other sourcing platforms.
• Recruit for Permanent (Direct Hire) healthcare positions.
• Hire professionals including RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, Allied Healthcare Professionals, Therapists, and other clinical roles.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, licensure, communication skills, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake to offer rollout.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
• Ensure timely submissions while meeting client expectations and recruitment targets.
• Develop long-term relationships with candidates for future hiring needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in Allied Healthcare Staffing.
• Experience recruiting healthcare professionals such as RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, Allied Healthcare, and Therapy professionals.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Vivian, Monster, Ceipal, JobDiva, Indeed, and similar platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience working with ATS systems.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a target-driven environment.
• Must be comfortable working in the US Night Shift.

Preferred

• Experience working with direct clients.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare recruitment processes.
