Job summary

Tecnoprism is seeking an experienced recruitment professional in Vadodara to source and recruit healthcare professionals for US staffing requirements. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups, with a focus on RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and allied health professionals.

The candidate must have 12 years of US healthcare recruitment experience, strong sourcing and negotiation skills, and be comfortable with US night shifts.
