Job summary

Devdort Consultants LLP offers an HR Recruiter/Talent Acquisition internship with a 3-month duration and work-from-home arrangement. The role includes a stipend of ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month plus incentives and a path to full-time based on performance.

Timings are 10:00 AM–7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, telephonic interviews, interview coordination, and end-to-end recruitment support, with growth opportunities within a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with MS Office/Google Sheets.
• Interest in HR & recruitment as a career.
• Fresher/Graduate/Post Graduate eligibility (MBA HR preferred).

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn and social platforms.
• Screen resumes, shortlist and conduct telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow up with clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and trackers.
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Support daily HR/recruitment operations.
