Job summary

Devdort Consultants LLP is seeking an HR Recruiter/Talent Acquisition intern to support sourcing, screening, and onboarding activities. The role is remote with a fixed daily schedule, offering practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes.

The 3-month internship includes a stipend of ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month plus incentives, with a potential full-time conversion based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Familiarity with MS Office/Google Sheets.
• Interest in HR & recruitment as a career.
• Fresher/Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA HR preferred, but not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow up with clients.
• Maintain candidate database and trackers.
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding).
• Support in daily HR/recruitment operations.
