Job summary

hoppr in Delhi is seeking a Recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple departments and levels. You will source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities include negotiating salary packages, following up to close positions, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely closure of positions.
• Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
