Job summary

BigThinkCode Technologies in Chennai is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management to ensure a smooth hiring experience. This is a work-from-office position with immediate to 2 weeks joining.

You'll partner with internal teams, source talent, and manage the recruitment life cycle across assigned divisions, using Boolean search and modern sourcing techniques.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing.
• Experience partnering with internal hiring teams and external candidates.
• Candidate engagement and recruitment coordination knowledge.
• Basic HR operations and administrative activities.
• Business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong English communication skills (written and oral).
• Proficiency with Boolean search techniques and other sourcing capabilities.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting life cycle within assigned division(s). Will be responsible for direct sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized tech roles.
• Provide market intelligence data and alternate hiring solutions to business/technology teams.
• Expedite recruitment via internal and external resources to fill open positions with high-caliber talent.
• Interface with internet sourcing, social media, and other web tools.
• Candidate engagement and candidate experience management.
• Coordinate cultural activities and administrative tasks to support the recruitment process.

• Candidate engagement and recruitment coordination
• Basic HR operations and administrative activities
• Business partnering and stakeholder management
• Supporting hiring teams in delivering a smooth recruitment experience
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Boolean Search techniques & other searching capabilities.
• Strong working experience of Excel, PPT and Word
