Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on recruitment experience (Agency or Corporate IT recruitment preferred).
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing techniques, job portals, and interviewing basics.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Sourcing & Recruiting: Find, screen, and schedule top-tier talent across tech and non-tech tracks.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand headcount needs and job requirements.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, professional candidate journey from outreach to onboarding.
• Pipeline Building: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking channels.
• ATS & Reporting: Keep ATS up to date with recruitment metrics and pipelines.

• Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate receives a smooth, professional, and engaging candidate journey from outreach to onboarding.
• Pipeline Building: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking channels to keep active candidate talent pools ready.
• ATS & Reporting: Keep our Applicant Tracking System up to date with accurate recruitment metrics and pipelines.
