Job summary

TopRock Global is seeking an experienced HR Talent Acquisition Executive for our corporate office in Guindy, Chennai. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of TA experience and proven success in hiring for both White Collar and Blue Collar positions.

The candidate will lead sourcing across multiple channels, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage multiple open positions while meeting hiring targets.

• Proven experience in White Collar & Blue Collar hiring
• Strong sourcing through multiple channels – Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, consultants, walk-ins, etc.

• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring targets
