Job summary

Modernize Chip Solutions (MCS) is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in VLSI and semiconductor hiring to lead end-to-end recruitment for niche technical roles in Bengaluru.

You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and drive timely closures while building a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical recruitment experience in the VLSI domain.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven success in hiring niche and senior-level talent.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end hiring for VLSI roles including RTL, DFT, design verification, and more.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and execute recruitment plans.

• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and rollout onboarding.

Modernize Chip Solutions (MCS) is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in VLSI and Semiconductor hiring. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closure of critical technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end hiring for VLSI roles including RTL, Design Verification, DFT, Physical Design, STA, Synthesis, PV, EMIR, Analog, IO, PMIC Circuit/Layout, AMS, and DMS.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and execute recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, social platforms, and internal databases.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Build a strong pipeline for niche semiconductor talent.
• Track hiring metrics and drive continuous process improvements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of positions.
