Summary

Job Description:

Own end-to-end talent acquisition for Lattice Semiconductor's engineering organization - starting with India engineering operations and expanding into global sourcing support, including the US. Recruit specialized semiconductor engineering talent using advanced sourcing, AI/ML tools, and unconventional hiring strategies, with deep expertise in identifying passive, niche technical talent. Balance fast-paced hiring execution with rigorous quality standards. Advise leadership on competitive talent landscape and market positioning in low-power FPGA innovation, across both India and global markets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting - from sourcing through offer close - for niche FPGA/semiconductor talent (behavioral modeling, EDA tools, silicon validation, RTL design, circuit design)
• Build and execute proactive, deep sourcing strategies for niche technical talent; leverage advanced Boolean search, X-ray, headhunting, and AI/ML recruiting tools
• Source passive candidates through unconventional channels (industry hackathons, technical communities, open-source contributors, referral networks) to compete for specialized talent in competitive markets
• Partner closely with local India hiring managers to build full end-to-end recruiting ownership in the first ~6 months, then expand scope to support US-based sourcing needs
• Track hiring metrics and provide data-driven insights on market dynamics, talent availability, and competitive hiring trends affecting Lattice's ability to attract top engineering talent, in India and globally
• Advise leadership on competitive talent positioning, market intelligence, and retention strategies for critical engineering roles
• Collaborate with global TA team on recruitment initiatives and cross-regional talent strategies aligned with Lattice's product roadmap

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years talent acquisition experience; 3+ years strategic, end-to-end recruiting for engineering/semiconductor companies with a focus on specialized technical talent
• Deep, demonstrated sourcing expertise with a proven track record identifying passive candidates in niche technical markets
• Proficiency with AI/ML recruiting tools and contemporary technology platforms; track record of using data to optimize hiring velocity and quality
• Deep understanding of the semiconductor/EDA engineering talent landscape in India, with working knowledge of the US talent market and global competitive dynamics
• Proven success owning full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting for specialized technical talent while maintaining hiring quality and cultural fit
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate engineering product strategies into talent initiatives; executive-level communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Highly desired: hands‑on, hardcore sourcing experience across North America (NA), APAC, and India talent markets
• Master's degree in HR, Business, or Engineering-related field; talent acquisition or recruiting certification
• Prior experience recruiting for semiconductor companies, including sourcing into the US market;
• Experience with AI/ML recruiting platforms; background in startup or high-growth product companies
• Demonstrated track record of building talent pipelines in competitive semiconductor markets globally; strong product and business mindset
