Job summary

InfoBeans is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT positions in Chennai. You will source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking, screen resumes, and coordinate with hiring managers to move candidates through the interview process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical IT recruitment (domestic).
• Strong knowledge of software development roles (Java, .NET, Full Stack, DevOps, etc.).
• Expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukai, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
