Job summary

Cava Athleisure is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate in Bengaluru to own the end-to-end hiring process across multiple functions. You will coordinate with hiring managers, agencies, and candidates, keeping the pipeline organized and well-documented.

You will work closely with the Head of People & Culture on broader HR initiatives beyond recruitment. You will source candidates across channels, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and manage all candidate communications.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.
• Excellent communication skills: clear, warm, and responsive in every interaction.
• Highly organized and able to build systems to prevent tasks slipping.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, agencies).
• Screen CVs and conduct first-level calls to assess fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules across hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage candidate communications from first contact to offer.
• Maintain a clean, up-to-date talent tracker.
• Liaise with external recruitment agencies.
• Support offer rollouts, follow-ups, and joining coordination.

Role Overview

Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate who can own the end-to-end hiring process across multiple functions simultaneously. This is a hands-on role in a lean team youll be coordinating across hiring managers, agencies, and candidates while keeping the pipeline organised, moving, and well-documented. Youll work closely with the Head of People & Culture and contribute to broader HR and People & Culture initiatives beyond just recruitment.

What Youll Own

• Sourcing candidates across channels LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and agencies
• Screening CVs and conducting first-level calls to assess fit
• Coordinating interview schedules across hiring managers and candidates
• Managing candidate communication throughout the process from first contact to offer
• Maintaining a clean, up-to-date talent tracker at all times
• Liaising with external recruitment agencies and managing submissions
• Supporting offer rollouts, follow-ups, and joining coordination
• Flagging pipeline blockers proactively and keeping things moving
• Partnering with the HR team on broader People & Culture initiatives onboarding, engagement, and day-to-day people ops
