Tata Consultancy Services in Gujarat seeks a Recruiter to manage end-to-end blue-collar hiring for plant locations, coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, ITIs, and other stakeholders.

The role requires 1 to 4 years of experience, English plus local language, and hands-on use of MS Excel, MS Outlook, ATS tools, and SAP where possible.

Day shifts, standard HR operations support, and a focus on timely hiring while maintaining quality will be expected.
