Job summary

Axis My India in Mumbai is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end hiring across the organization. You will source candidates, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure cost-effective recruitment while aligning jobs to department needs.

This role requires 5+ years in TA, familiarity with ATS, social networks, and a strategic mindset to build a robust candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources management.
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Familiar with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
• Full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficient in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hiring processes and fulfill talent requirements of the organization.
• Own accountability for TA policies, budget, frameworks, and governance.
• Review and realign job descriptions to match department needs.
• Implement digital strategies and leverage talent pools to attract candidates.
• Partner with departments to evaluate candidates and make informed decisions.
• Determine selection criteria with line managers and plan interviews.
• Source applicants through professional channels and refine top candidates.
• Plan and conduct interviews and assessments, including screening and in-person rounds.
• Organize and attend job fairs to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition capabilities (Talent sourcing, Head hunting, Interviewing, Offer Negotiation)
• Time and cost-effective sourcing
• Responsible for end-to-end hiring process and fulfill talent requirement of the organization
• Own accountability for TA policies, budget, frameworks, and governance
• Reviewing of existing job descriptions and re-aligning them according to the needs of the department/organization
• Implement digital marketing strategies and leverage the talent pools to attract and find the best candidates for the job
• To partner with the departments in making a confident and well-informed decision by providing recommendations and evaluating candidates against the job requirements
• Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with line managers
• Source applicants through professional online channels. Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
• Assess candidates’ information, including CVs, portfolios, and references
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
