Job summary

Vistra India is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to lead end-to-end talent acquisition in a hybrid setup in Mumbai. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

You will build relationships with global stakeholders, improve ATS usage, track recruiting metrics, and help strengthen Vistra's employer brand while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruitment.
• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle experience.
• Experience with diverse teams and fair hiring.
• Experience with global stakeholders preferred.
• Proficient with social networks and resume databases.
• Analytical and goal oriented.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Mentoring experience within a team.

Responsibilities

Job description

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract right talent from market which aligns with company objectives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
• Build relationship with stakeholders both locally and globally.
• Responsible for entire recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, offer closure, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) for seamless candidate management.
• Monitor and report on key talent acquisition metrics
• Develop and promote an employer brand that attracts top talent and reflects the companys values and culture.
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies to continuously improve the talent acquisition process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes during the hiring process.

Key requirements:

• Graduate with relevant experience of more than 5 years in Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Experience working with a diverse team and striving for fairness in hiring all races, genders and ages
• Preferred experience of working with global stakeholders.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, etc)
• Analytical and goal oriented
• Working Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Team player and has experience of mentoring team.
