Job summary

PCB Jobs Search Consultant is seeking a Recruitment Professional to support end-to-end recruitment for the India Talent Acquisition team. The role involves liaising with vendors, coordinating recruitment, salary negotiations, and joining formalities, while contributing to a high-performance service culture.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of Talent Acquisition experience, strong communication, and skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Must be from a good academic background.
• Education: 10+12+Graduation is mandatory.
• MBA / Masters in HR Full Time or Part time in HR is a must.
• Candidates can be from any industry, however, they must have minimum 1–2 years plus relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for the Talent Acquisition Team of HR for India.
• Liaise with Recruitment Consultants and Vendors to provide HR services.
• Assist in programs like recruitment, sourcing profiles, and job postings on portals.
• Handle joining formalities and event coordination.
• Contribute to a high-performance service culture within the team.
• Engage stakeholders across Business Functions and manage vendor relationships.

Role & responsibilities

He/she will have to perform the following key activities: To support in execution of end to end recruitment for Talent Acquisition Team of HR for India. Recruitment Consultants, Vendors:Liaise to provide good HR services. To provide support in execution of various programs like: Recruitment. Coordination, Salary Negotiation, Sourcing Profiles, Job Postings on portals, Joining Formalities. Event coordination. Any other activities that are managed by the Business HR team from time to time. To contribute to a high performance service culture within the team. To be a part of an efficient and effective team. Should be good in stakeholder management.

• Reports to Manager TA India.
• Good Stakeholder Management skills of various Business Functional Areas.
• Candidates should have experience in dealing with vendors, consultants, etc.
• Excellent communication.
• Good analytical skills & presentation skills is a must.
• Good in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills andexperience of handling a team is preferred.

Employment details

It is a full time job, on a thirdparty payroll. Every year the performance will be evaluated, and it will be renewed or elsecanalsobeabsorbedonCompany payroll depending upon the performance.
