Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Talent Acquisition operational activities from interview scheduling through onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and panels across regions.
• Prepare letters, employment contracts, and pre-hire documentation.
• Manage onboarding documentation and support pre-joining activities.
• Provide operational support for employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries related to HR processes.
• Process and validate payroll-related inputs to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Payroll, and COEs to ensure effective service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate HR processes and leverage AI/digital tools.

Role: TA Operations Specialist

Summary: The TA Operations Specialist will be part of the HR Shared Services team, providing operational support across Talent Acquisition and HR processes for APAC and Europe regions. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality services throughout the employee lifecycle, including interview scheduling, offer management, onboarding, time and absence, benefits support, payroll inputs, and offboarding activities. The role works closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, process excellence, and enhanced employee experience. The ideal candidate demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset and is passionate about leveraging technology, AI, and automation to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• 3 - 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or HR Shared Services.

• Create and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
