Job summary

A Square Technologies is seeking a Global HR Service Delivery Manager (Recruitment support/operations) to lead multi-location recruitment shared services and support across regions. Position Global HR Service Delivery Manager (Recruitment support/operations)

Relevant Experience Required 8+ yrs

Shift Timings - Monday to Friday, UK / CE 1:30 PM to 10 PM/2.30 PM to 11 PM (during daylight saving).
Flexible to work across APAC (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM) or US (6.00 PM to 2.30 AM) time zones as per business needs/team roster.

We are seeking candidates who possess extensive experience in Multi location center TA support and well versed with Workday, SmartRecruiters, Accurate, or similar platforms. It’s a global recruitment, support and delivery role and not core sourcing or recruitment.

We are looking forward to hire for the role of Global HR Service Delivery Manager (Recruitment support/operations) in our CIENT Global HR team.

• We are seeking candidates who possess extensive experience in leading global recruitment shared services or recruitment support centres, supporting multiple regions and countries.
• Exposure to automation, digital transformation, AI-enabled recruitment tools, and implementation/adoption of technology-driven operational improvements.
• 4+ years of people management experience, leading and developing operational teams with clear accountability for service delivery and performance
• Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment operations, including requisition management, interview coordination, offer management, background screening, onboarding support, and stakeholder management
• Proven experience managing and improving recruitment operations using ATS and HR systems, preferably Workday, SmartRecruiters, Accurate, or similar platforms
• Strong stakeholder management experience, partnering with Talent Acquisition leaders, HR teams, hiring managers, and business leaders across multiple geographies.
• Experience establishing and managing service delivery metrics, SLAs, KPIs, reporting, and operational governance frameworks
