Role Summary

We are looking for someone to support Talent Acquisition operations across APAC, with a focus on interview coordination, data & analytics, AI, automation, and process improvement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, data, and technology, and wants exposure beyond traditional TA coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage interview scheduling across APAC markets and time zones
• Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and candidates for smooth coordination
• Support TA reporting, data analysis, and Power BI dashboards
• Track key hiring metrics and identify trends or operational gaps
• Support adoption of tools such as Copilot, MS Bookings, Power Automate, and other AI solutions
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate manual processes
• Support TA Operations projects, reporting, workflow improvements, and process standardization

Skills & Experience

Must Have

• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Good working knowledge of Excel and data analysis
• Hands‑on exposure to Power BI
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Interest in AI, automation, HR technology, and process improvement

Preferred

• Exposure to TA Operations, HR Operations, People Analytics, or HR Technology
• Familiarity with Power Automate, Copilot, MS Bookings, or similar tools
• Tech, Engineering, Analytics, or Data‑related educational background is a plus
