Job summary

Zoom Video Communications is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations & Enablement professional to optimize TA technology, workflows, and processes. You’ll support TA systems, troubleshoot issues, and partner with recruiters, coordinators, and vendors to drive scalable operations and AI-enabled recruiting tools.

You will contribute to initiatives on process optimization, system enhancements, enablement resources, and provide operational insights to improve the global recruiting ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Talent Acquisition Operations.
• Experience on TA Operations projects (process improvement, system implementations, workflow optimization).
• Experience with Workday ATS support, workflows, and system troubleshooting in a TA Operations environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and process-related issues in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with UAT, system testing, and release coordination.
• Strong documentation and process-mapping skills.
• Analytical mindset to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work hours aligned with North American time zones, incl. overlap with ET.

What You Can Expect

Reporting to the Head of Global TA Operations & Enablement, you'll serve as both a systems expert and operational strategist, helping optimize our Talent Acquisition technology, workflows, and processes to deliver a best-in-class hiring experience. You'll provide support for TA systems, troubleshoot issues, and partner cross-functionally with recruiters, coordinators, and external vendors to drive seamless operations. You'll contribute to high-impact initiatives focused on process optimization, system enhancements, AI-enabled recruiting tools and workflows, and scalable solutions, while creating enablement resources and using operational insights to continuously improve our global recruiting ecosystem.

About the Team

The Global Talent Acquisition Operations & Enablement team is the engine behind our recruiting organization, responsible for the strategy, systems, and operational excellence that enable hiring at scale. We oversee the technology, processes, and programs that support Talent Acquisition globally, including TA systems and vendor management, process governance and documentation, interview operations, training and enablement, and reporting and analytics. By partnering across Talent Acquisition, People Technology, and external vendors, we drive standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement to create a seamless experience for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates around the world.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years experience in Talent Acquisition Operations


• Demonstrated experience working on TA Operations projects (process improvement, system implementations, or workflow optimization)


• Experience with Workday ATS support, workflows, and system troubleshooting in a TA Operations environment


• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical and process-related issues for TA in a fast-paced environment


• Experience with UAT (User Acceptance Testing), system testing, and release coordination


• Strong documentation and process-mapping skills


• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Ability to work hours aligned with North American time zones, including regular overlap with Eastern Time (ET)
