This delivery and client-management focused role will independently manage GCC mandates from requirement intake to onboarding, handling both Tech and Non-Tech hiring, negotiating offers, and owning monthly closure targets. 5 days WFO from Gurgaon.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably GCC hiring.
• Hands-on end-to-end recruitment experience from intake to onboarding.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for GCC clients.
• Primary contact for GCC stakeholders; align JD with requirements.
• Source and build GCC-ready talent pipelines via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and Boolean search.
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on JD fitment.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
• Track pipelines, submissions, interviews, and closures; manage MIS.

Job Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Recruiter – GCC Hiring Specialist with proven hands‑on experience in GCC client hiring and end-to-end recruitment.

This is a delivery and client-management focused role, where you will independently manage GCC mandates from requirement intake to successful onboarding. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both Tech & Non-Tech hiring, managing stakeholders, negotiating offers, and owning monthly closure targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned GCC clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for GCC stakeholders and manage requirement intake and JD alignment.
• Understand client requirements, technology stacks, domains, and hiring expectations.
• Source and build a strong GCC-ready talent pipeline through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and Boolean search.
• Screen and shortlist quality profiles based on JD fitment.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
• Manage candidate engagement throughout the notice period to minimise offer drops and no-shows.
• Handle multiple Tech & Non-Tech mandates simultaneously.
• Track mandate pipeline, submissions, interviews, closures, and hiring metrics.
• Identify opportunities for expanding mandates within existing GCC accounts.
• Maintain accurate ATS updates and prepare weekly MIS reports.
• Ensure adherence to client SLAs and turnaround times.
• Experience hiring across at least two GCC segments, such as:
