Job summary

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi is seeking an experienced Healthcare GCC Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment of healthcare professionals for GCC countries including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait.

The role involves sourcing nurses, doctors, pharmacists, technicians and allied healthcare professionals, coordinating interviews and licensing processes, and meeting monthly recruitment targets. GCC experience is preferred and DataFlow/Prometric knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in Healthcare Recruitment / International Recruitment.
• Experience in recruiting Nurses, Doctors, Pharmacists, Technicians, and Allied Healthcare Professionals.
• GCC or international healthcare recruitment experience will be preferred.
• Knowledge of GCC healthcare licensing and verification processes such as DataFlow, Prometric, MOH, DOH, DHA, and SCFHS will be an advantage.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment of healthcare professionals for GCC countries, including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare professionals across GCC countries.
• Source Nurses, Doctors, Pharmacists, Medical Technicians, Allied Healthcare Professionals, and other healthcare staff.
• Use job portals, databases, references, social media, and other sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements, qualifications, experience, licensing, and eligibility criteria.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, assessments, selections, and client/agent interactions.
• Handle candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment and deployment process.
• Coordinate documentation, DataFlow, Prometric, healthcare licensing, medicals, and deployment formalities as applicable.
• Coordinate with internal documentation, operations, client, and overseas agent teams.
• Maintain and regularly update a database of qualified healthcare professionals.
• Achieve monthly recruitment, selection, offer, and joining targets.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate records, trackers, and regular follow-up reports.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals for current and future GCC requirements.

Requirements

• Experience working with manpower recruitment agencies will be preferred.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong candidate-handling and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and requirements simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals, databases, MS Office, and recruitment tracking systems.
