EY India is seeking an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to source, attract, and hire top talent for our business consulting teams. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on recruitment and operates as an individual contributor while guiding a small 1–2 person team.

Lead end-to-end hiring across 70% non-technical and 30% technical roles, map markets, manage stakeholders, and drive data-driven decisions using Excel and PowerPoint to present insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 8–12 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in business consulting.
• Strong stakeholder management and niche-domain knowledge.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; report/presentation creation.
• Excellent communication, ability to work under pressure.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct market mapping to identify and engage with potential candidates in niche domains.
• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring alignment and communication throughout the hiring process.
• Oversee GCC hiring processes, including contract-to-hire and permanent hiring.
• Utilize advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to analyse recruitment metrics and present findings to leadership.
• Maintain a strong executive presence in all interactions, representing the company professionally.
• Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards in recruitment.
• Ensure excellent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Work as an individual contributor while also managing a team of 1-2 members to achieve recruitment goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within business consulting roles.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and understanding of niche domains.
• Strong knowledge of GCC hiring practices and contract-to-hire processes.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to create reports and presentations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills.
