This includes installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and related systems while ensuring compliance with IT standards and security policies. The role provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to users and collaborates with network and systems teams to ensure stable and secure operations. ### **Key Responsibilities*** Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices.* Perform software installations, updates, and patch management across user systems.* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for on-site and remote users.* Manage user accounts, permissions, and policies through Active Directory and Office 365.* Assist in deploying standard desktop images and maintaining compliance with IT policies.* Ensure endpoint security through antivirus, encryption, and update compliance.* Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for user incidents and escalate complex issues as needed.* Maintain accurate asset inventory and ensure proper tracking of IT equipment.* Collaborate with network and systems teams to resolve connectivity and performance issues.* Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware setup and access provisioning.### **Qualifications**2–4 years of IT or systems support experience.Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365.Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration.Familiarity with endpoint management and patching tools.Understanding of basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft-related credentials preferred.Kaleris is an equal opportunity employer.
