Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field and 8+ years in IT consulting, implementation or production support.
• At least 2 years in a lead role coordinating IT or operational teams.
• 5+ years end-to-end application/infrastructure production support experience.
• 8+ years in Oracle PeopleSoft Purchasing, e-Pro 9.2 and healthcare domain with supply chain knowledge.
• 5+ years in organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• 5+ years using PeopleSoft Query Manager and SQL for reporting and data extraction.
• 5+ years creating, updating and presenting functional documentation for system changes.
• 5+ years integrating PeopleSoft Purchasing, Inventory, AP and GL.
• 5+ years managing the end-to-end PO lifecycle: creation, approvals, sourcing, dispatch, revisions, closure.
• 5+ years troubleshooting matching, budget check, receiving issues and PO dispatch failures.
• 5+ years supporting PUM image testing, regression testing, UAT and customizations validation.
• 5+ years configuring Purchasing Definitions, Business Units, Hospitals, Pharmacies, MoBs and Budget Checking.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field and a minimum of eight (8) years experience in IT consulting, implementation or Production support experience
• Minimum two (2) years in a lead role working with IT or operational teams.
• Minimum five (5) years experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support.
• Minimum eight (8) years in Oracle PeopleSoft Purchasing, e-Pro 9.2, healthcare experience and in-depth understanding Supply Chain organizations
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in organizational, problem solving\analytical, communication skills
• Minimum five (5) years of experience with PeopleSoft Query Manager and SQL tools for reporting, research, and data extraction
• Minimum five (5) years of experience to create, update, and present functional documentation for system enhancements and process changes
• Minimum five (5) years of experience of the integration between Peoplesoft Purchasing, Inventory, Accounts Payable and General Ledger
• Minimum five (5) years of experience with endtoend PO and Requisition lifecycle: creation, approvals, sourcing, dispatching, revisions, and closure.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in troubleshooting matching exceptions, budget check errors, receiving issues, PO auto sourcing issues and PO dispatch failures.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience to support PUM image testing, regression testing, UAT, and validation of customizations.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in configuring Purchasing Definitions, Business Units, Hospitals, Pharmacies, MoBs and Commitment Control (Budget Checking).

• Experience scheduling jobs with Tivoli Workload Scheduler(TWS) Experience in Coupa, Symmetric, Hypatos,GHX, AtPar,Soti is a plus Provide training to Cross Functional team and update job aids, and knowledge documentation.
