Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) in Pune seeks a seasoned IT security and PeopleSoft administrator to strengthen security controls, manage access, and support ERP applications. You will analyze security events, lead small teams, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to maintain compliance.

The role requires a strong background in PeopleSoft, SQL, Excel, and security standards, with hands-on experience in auditing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field and a minimum of five (5) years experience in IT consulting, implementation or Production support.
• Minimum one (1) year in an informal lead role working with IT or operational teams.
• Minimum three (3) years experience in application support.
• At least four (4) years experience with PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Three (3) years or more experience using SQL and MS Excel. At least 2 years experience in each.
• Three (3) years experience with security administration on ERP platforms with np standards (NIST/COBIT/ISO 27001 or similar).
• Two years security logs looking for threats and access control problems.

Job description

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field and a minimum of five (5) years experience in IT consulting, implementation or Production support.

Minimum one (1) year in an informal lead role working with IT or operational teams.

Minimum three (3) years experience in application support.

• At least four (4) years experience with PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey messages succinctly and accurately to expedite issue resolution is absolutely critical.

Three (3) years or more experience using SQL and MS Excel. At least 2 years experience in each.

Three (3) years experience with security administration on a moderate to large ERP platform utilizing an established security controls framework such as NIST, COBIT, ISO 27001, Sarbannes Oxley or similar.

Additional Requirements

• Two years security logs looking for threats and access control problems.
• At least (2) years experience using PeopleSoft query manager.
• At least two (2) years experience writing and maintaining documentation related to security design, implementation, responses to audit findings and incident reports.
• At least three (3) years experience testing and validating security impacts/changes related to software upgrades and configuration changes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience performing security administration on one or more of the following applications: Blackline, Coupa, AtPar, Hypatos, GHX or Cognos.
• Knowledge of SMART ERP, Peoplesoft SOD toolKnowledge and/or experience using automation tools such as MS CoPilot and Power Automate, UI Path, Agentic AI or others.
• Experience using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and related Excel to CI configurations.

CISA, CISM, CISSP, CIA or other similar certification is a plus
