Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a seasoned IT consulting professional with 6+ years in business analysis and data analytics to drive reporting solutions using PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud EPM. You will collaborate across teams to gather requirements, develop robust reports, and support production environments.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with experience in PS reporting tools and UAT processes for enterprise-wide systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in IT consulting, business analysis, or related field.
• 2+ years data analysis, survey research, and/or applied research experience.
• 1+ year digital data analytics experience.
• 2+ years Comprehensive knowledge of Peoplesoft reporting tools ( PS Query,SQR, Pivot Grid)
• UAT support for SQR and production support for enterprise-wide solutions
• Functional knowledge of Peoplesoft GL module

Responsibilities

• Communicate and partner with other teams to gather and validate requirements.
• Configure and maintain report requests, trees, time spans, stylesheets, and layouts.
• Lead UAT testing and obtain sign-off from business stakeholders.
• Create, update, and present functional documentation for system enhancements and process changes.
• Provide production support for enterprise-wide PeopleSoft reporting solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field and Minimum six (6) years
experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field.

• Minimum two (2) years data analysis, survey research, and/or applied research experience.
• Minimum one (1) year digital data analytics experience.

Minimum two (2) years peoplesoft nVision Understanding of control totals as they apply to P&L, BS and TB reports Configure and Maintain report requests , trees, time spans, stylesheets and Layouts

Minimum two (2) years Comprehensive knowledge of Peoplesoft reporting tools ( PS Query,SQR, Pivot Grid)

Minimum two (2) years UAT support for SQR

2 years of experience in Production support of Enterprise wide solutions

Functional knowledge of Peoplesoft GL module

Additional Requirements

Licenses and Certifications

Preferred Qualifications

Basic Knowledge in Power BI

1+ year of experience with Solix Reporting

1+ year of experience in Application Engine (AE) related reporting

Must be Familiar with System Development lifecycle

Be able to communicate business requirements working with Development and Product Teams

Be able to conduct User Acceptance testing and work with the business to obtain sign-off

Ability to create, update, and present functional documentation for system enhancements and process changes
