Job summary

Sopra Steria in India is seeking an experienced Oracle E‑Business Suite professional (R12.2) with 6–8 years across AMS, Support, or Implementation projects. You will handle purchasing, iProcurement, inventory, order management, and data hubs, while coordinating design, configuration, testing, and production support.

You will engage in RICEFW, SR management, and cross‑module integration, delivering robust solutions with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of hands‑on Oracle E‑Business Suite experience (R12.2) across AMS, Support, or Implementation.
• Strong functional expertise in Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, SDH, CDH, and Service Contracts (preferred).
• Experience in requirement gathering, fit‑gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
• Hands‑on experience in preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and coordinating with technical teams for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).
• Strong experience in L2/L3 support, incident management, RCA, change requests, and Oracle Service Request (SR) management.
• Good understanding of Oracle APIs, Interfaces, Concurrent Programs, and data flow across Oracle EBS SCM modules.
• Strong knowledge of Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), Order‑to‑Cash (O2C), and integration between SCM and Finance modules.
• Excellent analytical, communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Hands‑on experience in requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
• Strong focus on P2P, O2C processes and cross‑module integration within EBS SCM and Finance.
• Coordinate with technical teams for RICEFW objects and ensure quality deliverables.
• Provide L2/L3 support, incident management, RCA, and SR management across applications.
