Job summary

Shashwath Solution in Pune is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant to guide Oracle ERP and PPM implementations, configurations, and ongoing optimizations across EBS and Oracle Fusion Finance.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and ensure quality through testing, training, and go-live support. Extensive experience with Financials, SCM, HR, Manufacturing, iProcurement, Purchasing, and PPM is required to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant for Oracle ERP and PPM suites, including Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Finance.
• Strong expertise in implementing and configuring Oracle ERP and PPM modules such as Financials, SCM, HR, Manufacturing, iProcurement, Purchasing, and PPM.
• Proficiency in conducting business process analysis, requirements gathering, and functional design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Design, configure, and customize Oracle ERP and PPM modules to meet business needs, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge functional gaps in Oracle applications.
• Perform system testing, including creating and executing test scripts, to ensure the quality and accuracy of implemented solutions.
• Provide end-user training and support during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, working closely with technical teams when required.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle ERP and PPM releases, patches, and enhancements, and provide recommendations for system improvements.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.
• Document functional designs, configurations, and customizations for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Must-Have

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP and PPM functionality, including understanding of underlying data structures and integration points.
• Proficiency in conducting business process analysis, requirements gathering, and functional design.
• Experience with system testing, including creating and executing test scripts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Good-to-Have

• Oracle ERP and/or PPM certifications (e.g., Oracle EBS R12 Applications Certified Implementation Specialist).
• Experience with automated testing tools like Tosca.
• Familiarity with supporting applications/tools such as Excel4Apps, Config Snapshot, and Noetix Views.
