Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is seeking a senior IT Grants support professional in Pune to manage end-to-end production support, lead IT teams, and optimize PeopleSoft Grants modules (Billing, AR, Contracts, Costing) in version 9.2.

The role requires 6+ years of Grants experience, strong SQL/PeopleSoft skills, and experience with testing, UAT, and interfaces. Weekend/on-call availability and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6+ years IT consulting or production support.
• 6+ years in Grants module support with GAAP understanding.
• 3+ years in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support.
• 1+ year in a lead role coordinating IT/operational teams.
• 3+ years with PeopleSoft Query Manager and SQL for reporting and data extraction.
• 3+ years documenting system enhancements and process changes.
• 3+ years with ERP controls and system configurations (Grants, Billing, AR, Contracts, Project Costing).
• 3+ years supporting PUM image testing, regression testing, UAT, and customizations.
• 3+ years resolving inbound/outbound interfaces and production support for Grants processes.
• 1 year with VBA/Excel configurations for CI.

Responsibilities

• Support weekend hours, on-call support, month-end and year-end close activities.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and prepare documentation.
• Develop and present training materials and job aids for Grants users.
• Plan meetings and present to senior stakeholders.
• Map business practices to ensure policy/standard compliance.
• Liaise with Development and Product teams to translate business requirements.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Healthcare domain experience is a plus.

Job description
