Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) in Pune seeks an experienced IT professional to lead end-to-end production support for PeopleSoft Inventory and related modules. You will work with business teams to implement processes, resolve complex issues, and ensure continuity of supply chain IT services.

The role requires 6+ years in IT consulting or production support, strong PeopleSoft skills, and the ability to coordinate with 3rd party logistics providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6+ years in IT consulting, implementation or production support.
• 3+ years in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support.
• 1+ year in a lead role coordinating IT/operational teams.
• 5+ years in Oracle PeopleSoft Inventory, costing, and supply chain familiarity.
• 3+ years with PeopleSoft Query Manager and SQL reporting tools.
• 3+ years creating and presenting functional documentation for system changes.
• 3+ years of integration between PeopleSoft Inventory and 3rd party logistics providers.
• 3+ years end-to-end Inventory lifecycle; 3-5 years COBOL troubleshooting experience.
• 1 year handling Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) jobs and enterprise-wide solutions.
• Experience with VBA/Excel for CI configurations; familiarity with ERP lifecycle certificates.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end production systems, coordinating with IT and operations teams.
• Lead efforts in inventory and cost accounting within PeopleSoft and related modules.
• Coordinate integration between PeopleSoft Inventory and 3rd party logistics providers.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end inventory lifecycle including MSR, picking, shipping and depleting.
• Contribute to testing cycles (unit/UAT/regression) and validation of customizations.
• Configure inventory definitions, business units, hospitals, pharmacies, MoBs and warehouses.
