Job summary

Delhi Duty Free Services (DDFS) is seeking an IT operations professional to manage network infrastructure, Windows servers, VMware, and retail technology devices in a fast-paced environment. You will handle security, backups, patches, and disaster recovery while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

The role focuses on supporting EPOS systems, printers, scanners, cash drawers, and other retail tech, with emphasis on minimizing downtime and ensuring SLA compliance across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Network & Infrastructure Management: Manage LAN/WAN, VPN, servers, storage, virtualization, and network security.
• System Administration: Maintain Windows servers, VMware environment, Cisco infrastructure, patch management, backups, and software upgrades.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Resolve network, server, hardware, software, and desktop-related issues while ensuring minimum downtime.
• Retail IT Operations Support: Support EPOS systems, printers, scanners, cash drawers, and other retail technology devices.
• Security & Compliance Management: Ensure data security, system integrity, policy adherence, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with corporate teams, service providers, and end users to ensure SLA compliance and smooth IT operations.
• User Support & Training: Assist users with technical issues, requirements analysis, system usage, and training needs.
