Job summary

Desano in Bengaluru is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Support professional to manage IT infrastructure and provide technical support across business functions. You will administer pharmaceutical software applications, control user access, and ensure backups and system maintenance.

You will also support compliance, audits, data integrity, troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues, and contribute to a reliable end-user computing environment across the organization.
