Job summary

Mindlogicx Infratec in Bengaluru, India, is seeking an IT support specialist to manage day-to-day IT infrastructure and end-user support. The role includes installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows, Linux, and macOS systems, plus troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and business apps.

You will address LAN/Wi‑Fi/network issues, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and help desk tasks, while supporting routers, switches, and wireless access points.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT infrastructure and end-user support.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and macOS / MacBook systems.
• Support laptops, desktops, operating systems, business applications, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and basic network issues.
• Support routers, switches, wireless access points, and network-connected devices.
• Support Microsoft 365, email, collaboration, and conferencing tools.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conference-room systems and related equipment.
• Handle employee IT issues related to login, email, application access, system performance, connectivity, and peripherals.
• Support user-account creation, password resets, MFA, access configuration, and IT-related onboarding/offboarding activities.
• Install approved software, operating-system updates, patches, antivirus, and endpoint-security tools.
• Maintain records of laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, and other IT assets.
• Perform routine system and infrastructure health checks.
• Assist with basic backup verification and recovery activities, where applicable.
• Maintain basic IT operational documentation and issue-resolution records.
